Colorful Spring Wedding at Samuel Cedars | Kimberly & Shawn
Kimberly & Shawn’s spring wedding at Samuel Cedars was a joyful celebration full of color, sunshine, and heartwarming moments. Originally planned for June 2024, their big day finally came together on March 28, 2025—and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. With temperatures near 80°, clear skies, and beautiful spring light, it felt like the best of both spring and summer combined.
A Sweet First Look & Relaxed Vibe
The day began with a heartfelt first look, shared in the company of close family and friends who gathered to witness the special moment. With a smaller bridal party, the entire day felt easygoing and unrushed, allowing everyone to soak in each part of the celebration.
Bright Florals & a Heartfelt Ceremony
Kimberly’s bouquet and the ceremony décor featured bold, bright florals—orange, blue, purple, and pink—creating a vibrant, cheerful atmosphere that perfectly suited the season. The ceremony itself was personal and meaningful, with just the right mix of sentiment and laughter that had everyone smiling.
Stunning Spring Portraits
Following the ceremony, the couple took advantage of the warm spring light for portraits around the grounds. The trees may have still been catching up to the season, but the golden sunshine and relaxed energy of the couple made for truly stunning photos.
A Lively Reception to Remember
While the guest list leaned a bit older, the reception was anything but quiet. The dance floor stayed full throughout the evening, and the dollar dance brought plenty of laughter—especially with some of the creative ways guests delivered their contributions! It was a night full of fun, celebration, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Kimberly & Shawn, your day was bursting with color, love, and so much joy. We’re so glad Samuel Cedars could be part of your beautiful spring wedding.
